Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples has been an American actor and singer for over 20 years. Her most well-known role is her portrayal of Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama, and Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). In addition, she played the principal role Jerrica Jem Betnton in the film Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples' parents Wendy and Ashley raised her in Lake Mary Florida. She has a sister named Ally. As a child, Aubrey performed with The Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. Aubrey graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speaker of the class of 2012. Harvard University admitted her, but she had to agree for her admission a second time due to her Nashville part. Peeples was as a character in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples also played a frequent role on Necessary Rustiness (1991). She was seen in television movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective as well as The Good Mother. In season two, she was cast as Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples talked about her bipolar condition during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire ranked Peeples at the top of its list of top actors who are younger than September 2014.
